Disability and falls during and after rehabilitation ward admissions

This cohort study with 450 participants will develop prognostic models for disability and falls in older people during and after rehabilitation unit stays. Developing falls screens for ambulance officers and emergency departments and fall risk assessment tools for rehabilitation hospitals and residential care facilities.
