Recurrent events in mTBI, PROGRESS and ADVANCE

The time to the first event of interest (such as a cardiovascular event) is usually taken as the endpoint in a statistical analysis of a clinical trial or cohort study. The history of recurrent events potentially provides more information than just the first event.

We are investigating alternative recurrent event models as applied to repeated cardiovascular events (ADVANCE, PROGRESS) and repeated mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBI).
