Secondary cardiovascular prevention past, present and future
Secondary prevention is the prevention of future events in people who have already suffered a heart event. It includes management of all cardiovascular risk factors including adherence to evidence-based medicines.
This presentation will summarise the programs and methods by which secondary prevention has been delivered in the past, in the present and discuss how things could occur in the future.
