Salt wars: Using policy and the law to reduce salt intake

Jacobson, Senior Scientist and former Executive Director at the Center for Science in the Public Interest in Washington D.C. In conversation with Prof Jacqui Webster, Director, WHO CC Salt Reduction, he discussed his latest book “Salt Wars: The Battle Over the Biggest Killer in the American Diet”. Dr. Jacobson spoke about the US experience with food industry lobbyists and shared lessons for Australia's fight on salt reduction.
