Submission to the Australian Government consultation on Australia’s draft ninth periodic report under Article 18 of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW)

The George Institute welcomes the opportunity to provide feedback on Australia’s ninth periodic report to the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women (‘the Committee’).

The responses in this submission are focused on the Government’s consultation questions, in response to the List of Issues documented by the CEDAW Committee. They are drafted based on the research conducted by the Guunu-Maana team.
