Community on Women and NCDs webinar - Preventing and treating depression in women and girls

Community on Women and NCDs held a webinar "Preventing and treating depression in women and girls worldwide" on Tuesday, 15 October at 14:00 BST.

The webinar took place shortly after the World Mental Health Day and has presented the case for increased services for women and girls affected by depression.

Speakers included Grace Gatera, Lancet Youth Commission on Mental Health; Kari Frame, Program Director, StrongMinds and Pallab Maulik, SMART Mental Health Programme. The meeting was moderated by Rochelle Burgess, Deputy Director, Centre for Global Non-Communicable Diseases, University College London.
