In conversation with Prof Jacqui Webster, Director, WHO CC Salt Reduction, he discussed his latest book “Salt Wars: The Battle Over the Biggest Killer in the American Diet”. Dr. Jacobson spoke about the US experience with food industry lobbyists and shared lessons for Australia's fight on salt reduction.
